I have been going to DuFresne's for the last 8 years. I had been to many shops before. I could never find one that I felt they had my best interests at heart until I stepped in the door at DuFresne's. From the very first moment I knew I found a new home for my car repairs. More than once they have saved me money by pointing something out before I got stuck on the side of the road which would requite a tow bill and who knows what else. Being that they are a smaller shop than a dealership they usually can get you in the same day or next day if you can leave your car with them. I always call the minute I get one of their specials via e-mail or newsletter because I know they fill up quick. They are the best kept secret in the NW Hills! Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Our customer relationship with Du Fresne’s Auto Service is in its 20th year and the Crawfords intend that it continue. Starting in 1991 with Boris the Taurus (we have an eccentric habit of naming our cars), Du Fresne’s has been taking care of our automobiles. After Boris defected to one of our sons, Du Fresne’s attended to Mary Lou the Subaru until she defected to another son. Now the focus is on Brian the Scion (aka Sweet Pea the xB). Long ago I adopted the practice of having cars regularly attended to by professionals who know what they’re doing. I recommend the practice and recommend Du Fresne’s for the job. These people are professionals, know what they’re doing and are also very pleasant. They are the best I’ve met.
I've been to many shops before and I felt like they would always talked down to me like I'm an idiot. Grant it, I am an idiot when it comes to cars, but that doesn't mean I want to be treated like one. The counter guys Kris and Gabe are the best! They've always treated me with respect, and explained my car problems in detail and in terms even I could understand. Also, they've always done their best to try to keep the cost down so I don't have to sell an arm and a leg to afford their service. Which for someone as broke as me is a godsend. In short, I will never let anyone else touch my car ever again! They've earned a customer for life!
