Everything we create must be made with our highest level of attention to detail, must be made with the finest precious metals, must be set with the very best gems, and always, accurately represented. Our merchandise is unique, finely crafted and each item we create must meet our rigorous standards of quality. Cross has developed a nationwide following focused on four major categories: Diamonds & Diamond Engagement Ring Styles, Blue Sapphires, Maine Tourmaline, and Jewelry Inspired by the Coast of Maine. As a member of the American Gem Society, Cross Jewelers is part of a select group of jewelers dedicated to education and consumer protection. Fewer than 5% of jewelers that apply for membership are accepted as AGS members.

Cross jewelers will do right by you. Don't listen to the naysayers.
Simply the rudest, most unwelcoming jewelry store I've ever visited. My husband and I (both mid-50s) stopped in during the Portland Art Fair to look at a specific piece. We were ignored for 15 minutes and then treated as though we clearly didn't "deserve" to be there. I wanted to point out that although we were dressed casually because we were walking the art fair on a hot August day, we would have made a substantial purchase if we'd received decent service. Instead, we walked out.
