Allen's Radiator Service

Told me I needed a new AC compressor...they put one in. still blows hot air now they're rude and won't talk to me.. wont go back. .rip off!!!

I own an auto repair shop in humble. We have sent a lot of fleet business to these people. We took a customers 2007 f150 saleen into their shop to have a magnaflow "X" muffler put on. I explained how I wanted it installed and even sent an email with a picture of how I wanted it. They did it totally wrong and the truck drove crappy as a result. We brought it back and they charged me another $40 to do it the way I wanted in the first place arguing that I told them to do it the wrong way. Even with e-mail proof they charged me again. I won't be doing business with them again.

If only I could give 0 stars. I came in to this shop have a Schrader valve replaced on my ac unit. 5 minute job. Mike at the front told me that he just had to move a truck out of the way and then they will take a look at it. An hour and a half later I ask the young lady at the front how long she thinks it will be and if it would be more convenient for them for me to come back at another time. Mike jumps all over me and yells "FINE IF YOU CAN'T WAIT 2 MORE MINUTES THEN JUST COME BACK!".... No, I won't be coming back. Ever... Oh and since I had the pleasure of sitting and listening to the two women behind the desk talk about the businesses personal details for an hour and a half I thought I would share some key points. * They sent a mechanic home early as they had a customer waiting to be seen. * The bills they did not have intentions to pay. * Personal details about their employees I am kind enough not to share. ......If you are still reading and are unsure to go or not, just go. I look forward to reading your negative review as well.

Service was very thorough and consistent every time I have used them. Very happy with their work and will continue to return.

When another garage couldn't find the problem with my AC, I brought it here and they found the problem and fixed it fast. The prices are affordable, and the staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. I recommend Allen's Radiator to everyone.
