        Does not know how to troubleshoot and will not telling they are re imaging your phone until all your app are gone and restored back to factory settings... Contacted sprint 7 times per a billing issue that they faulted on and Online chat support 5 time with all proof of chat records... Updated all issues and still phone is not working.. Samsung suggested a new sim card... however sprint will not take the proper steps to help Needs better management.

        Universal has been the most helpful cellular store I have ever used. They wait on you quickly, are courteous and do what they say they are going to do. They staff is well trained and understand the concept of customer service. Too many cellular stores have NO clue about customer service.
