Converse Management

My family and I leased though this company for several years. Anytime there was a maintenance issue (kitchen ceiling leaking, gutters falling down, rodents in the attic etc.) it seemed as though none were addressed in a timely efficient manner. As tenants my family and I didn't expect too much, just that the landlord was professional and took somewhat of an interest in fixing areas of the property that were falling apart. I have personally been a renter for 7+yrs and would STRONGLY recommend looking at ALL of your options before choosing this company!
