Both the service and food was amazing. Friendly wait staff, food came out quickly and tasted very good.

This is one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I went with my kids and sat at the table with them while no one came to our table. This lasted for over 20 minutes. The table right next to ours was being taken care of and that waiter never acknowledged our presence. While all this was going on the servers and theanager were all at a table talking. After getting up to leave and informing the manager of my problem, his response was "I just walked in the door." I will never go here again.

i have heard nothing but bad things about this steakhouse. i've met a few employees outside of branns and have heard nothing good about how the management treats the staff there. I have heard horrible things, people should not blab for forever about how horrible their job is, esspecially because of the management. if you want people to leave your resturaunt happy the first step is to make your staff happy!! The bathroom was disgusting when i went there, my steak was undercooked, when i sent it back the waiter rolled his eyes. I'm sorry but i don't like my steak still mooing! Medium should be a warm pink center, not cold, red and bloody! then my steak came out well done and it took forever! everyone was done with their meals by the time i recieved my steak back. a manager did come to my table with the "new" steak. I told her i was not pleased, she said she understood, and it would be taken care of. I was offered free dessert, or the meal taken off. Being a waitress i hate people that try to get free food. The waiter did not return to our table, and we had to stop a hostess to get us refiels, and because she wasn't 18 she couldn't get the beer for us. She said she would inform our oh so wonderful waiter. i'm guessing she never did. When he came back with our bill, without asking before hand if it was all on one, he set it on the table and in a very rude fashion said "whenever your ready". we didn't even bother trying to ge thim back to the table, we threw down some cash and left.

Then this is for you...If you want a good steak go eleswhere.
