A Plus Limousine

Do not use this limo company. We paid upfront, they expected us to wait two hours at the airport on the return and will not return my phone call to refund the money on the cancelled return trip. They wont even answer the calls! Our lawyers will have to settle it now. Do NOT USE this company, everything on website is lies!

I feel the same way, had to put one star in order for this to post. BAD Service. I received Pricing in an email request and then when I tried to confirm pricing, ask questions and book, I could not get a return email or phone call. When I finally got the guy on the phone he told me the pricing he gave was no longer available because it was two weeks old. When I told him I had spoke to him the week prior and he told me he would call me back and never did, he still would not honor the price. Also, everyone should know that if you are late for pickup service...you have a 15 minute grace period, then it will cost you $4.85 per minute ($218.25 for 45 mintues). Would not recommond them to anyone and I didn't even get far enough to use them becuase their customer service skills were very poor!

I had to put one star or my comment would not go through but I didnt want too. I rate this business an F- would never use them again and would never recommend them to be used.
