If you are looking for an ally in a caregiver to take care of your loved one, this is NOT the company to look to. The 'caregivers' triangulated the relationships between our grandmother and our family. The caregivers added drama, stress and struggle to an already difficult situation, where our grandmother was hanging on to staying independent while needing more & more care. Dementia is a tricky foe. The service we received from this company and their workers was unprofessional and a constant issue in terms of trusting that she was getting the best care possible. Dealing with them was like a Jerry Springer circus. And the fact that they go through directors like they do, speaks volumes about who they are.
