Town Jewelers ll

Brought one of my watches in for a battery replacement, afterwards (watch was like brand new, no issues prior) I can't so much as wash my hands without water getting into the case and fogging the face, and ruining the new battery. Jeweler offered to take the watch back and have it inspected/repaired, of which I thought was fair since the watch had been damaged due to the battery replacement. 2 weeks later I get a phone call to pick the watch up, and I am being charged $80 for the repair! I am a watch collector, and I will never bring business to this store, and I will continue to notify friends in search of watch service to avoid this place.

Owner/operator was very polite, but I am very dissatisfied with how this situation was handled. Will never return!
