Great customer service! My whole family uses Scott's for tires and service. Always honest and upfront with pricing and provide great work. Recommend for all car needs!!

We called Scott's for a set of front used tires for our vehicle specifically explaining we were driving back to Canada. They explained that they sell used tires no less than 60% tread so that they should last at least 10,000k. Well, with two small kids in the car and hitting rain in Buffalo after only 1500k we skidded off the road and narrowly avoided a fatal accident on the highway. To our dismay, these tires were COMPLETELY bald!!! Upon speaking with Scott and expecting at the very least some concern, he was not only defensive but refused to believe the tires were bald never mind offered a refund. He asked that we bring them or mail him photos, since he's the only person in 2913 with no email. Do not go here, they will risk your life for $80. So upsetting.

this is my third visit to scotts. was told i needed cv joints and axles. i called volvo for a quote and it was MORE than 1/2 of scotts quote. i got tires from them for the very best prices and the first time i was expecting a 400.00 bill. . . it came to 40. and my car ran like new. i cant say enough about these guys. i am a customer for life!
