I was refer to ETSP by a friend who did his taxes there, i wasn't sure since this is in New York and am down here in Florida, but give them a chance, I was impress w/ their dedication, I spoke to Zak one of their tax preparer and after asking me a few question and explaining a few that I had, I send my tax document thru email, Zak, call me back within 48hrs, it was done WOW that was fast my other tax preparer took a month, any way my refund was what I expected and their price was what I usually paid to others, he explain what they did and then he send me some documents for me to sign and return everything done thru email and phone calls, got my refund in lest day 10 days straight to my bank account, very professionals and knowledgeable I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Very nice people, they did my taxes in a jippy, fast and accurate, price was good compare to other places, in relation to how much they were able to get me back, I will recomend this business to all my friends and family, the place it self is confy, they had coffee, tea, water, and hot chocolate to enjoy while I wait , they even had a time for the children to enjoy, very family own and manage, it feels good and welcome.
