A store in trouble

This has been my store of choice since it opened, but not any longer. The prices are good. The selection is average for the area; it is conveniently located, but I no longer shop there. I need to use a motorized cart to shop. This store usually has five available and only one works. Most of them look like participants in a demolition derby and only one runs properly. Two of them don't run at all. I'm told that replacements are sent out to the store--but they are already beat up. The other day, I was about half-way through shopping when the cart broke down. I sat there for ten minutes waiting for an employee to assist me. None appeared, so I left. Yesterday, when I arrived at the store, two carts were available--neither one was operable. An employee told me they had been plugged in for some time, but did not recharge. I left. This situation is becoming the village joke. There are many, many folks in the area who need these carts to shop. This may wxplain why the Publix across the street is usually crammed with customers. Their carts are always charged, look safe and run well. In addition, at Publix, I have always been accompanied to my car and assisted in loading. This rarely happens in your store.

You also have an employee morale problem. It shows. I have shopped your stores in other parts of the country for a long time. I would like to continue here, but don't intend to put up with these conditions.
