Generally as a level 5 google reviewer I post positive reviews but am inclined to inform the public when there is a definite issue with a company. A very small--two tech trucks as they informed me--unresponsive and apparently uninformed in fungus control business we used for 3+- yrs. Great up until they changed personnel for whatever reason. We contacted them before the lawn was totally destroyed and it took a week for them to respond. Proclaiming one of their two techs was sick. Not the consumers problem to my knowledge. A business needs to have resources to tend to the contracts they have. Every time we have called them they do not return the calls for 2-4 days or not at all. On this occasion with fungus we've had before and eradicated with the right people was not treated in time nor were we informed how to prevent further growth until requested. We were going to list our house for sale and the lawn is basically destroyed. New st augustine grass we installed a yr after moving in; 2yrs ago and won a reward for best lawn. $1200+- cost for the front yard sod install. Approximately $900 for the area in question. We will be writing a BBB report and not use this company again. We requested a small credit of which they said, "because we had to come out a few times to treat it outside our normal 6wks ... we cannot." Now our lawn will have to be replaced. They've also sprayed a morning glory twice now and killed it that we planted to cascade around the mailbox so the mail folks would get a bit of scenery; regardless of telling them countless times not to spray that area. Etc etc etc JUST SAY NO TO THIS BUSINESS FOLKS! 12-7-2017
