Amazing garage and service. The staff is so friendly and treated me with respect. I will definetly be back for any future repairs. I read all the comments, the positive and the negative. After reading all the negative and reading the responswes to the negative it seems like the people that posted the negative comments are the people that didnt like the price or the ones that wanted something for free. Well sad to say that not all things are free and if you cant afford to have your car fixed then ride a bike. This garage is amazing...

As a small business owner, I always try to support other small businesses. I am writing this on behalf of our electrician - for my home and my company. Paladin Auto Service has not paid this electrician for work he did over 3 months ago. When he calls, he is told by Paladin Auto Service the check is in the mail. If people can't pay their own bills, how are they going to treat you?

Great technical abilites to solve problems not obvious from "Codes" and very very reasonably priced ... It was a pleasure to meet these people , their techs are "Real Gear Heads" ..... I plan to always use Paladin for my auto repair needs !!! Thanks Guys !!!!

THIS SHOP IS GREAT I WENT TO THE ONE ON SIESTA LANE YEARS AGO AND THEY WERE THE BEST. TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME. THEN RECENTLY I NEEDED ANOTHER REPAIR AND I WAS ON US 19 AND SAY THE NEW OFFICE AND ONCE AGAIN I WAS EXPLAINED EVERY DETAIL AND THEY EVEN ARRANGED TRANSPORTATION.....

Look up this auto service place on ripoffreport.com and you'll see all you have to know about this lady. She would probably steal the tires off her own mother's car the way she lies and with the poor service her business provides. Watch out once they do a lousy job and you try to complain because she will quickly go from all nice to mean and crude in a heartbeat. I thought maybe some of the stuff I read about her online was made up because she usually replies and calls all these customers names and has an excuse for everything. After I stuck up to her I found out it was all true. She made up lies about me and wouldn't even admit the truth when I showed her all proof of what a liar she is and explained how bad all her repairs turned out!

This company will surely bilk you out of money or property. Never leave your vehicle there unattended. The parts you think you are getting are not the ones they install. Never sign paperwork before work is done and always get a written estimate first. Once you sign, this company will order and place parts without your knowledge. Before you know it, you can't afford the bill and they will keep your vehicle while adding storage fee charges. Never pay before work is completed. The fast talking sweet lady at the counter is nothing more then a great con artist. Know your rights as a consumer; Go to the Flordia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and read the Division of Consumer Services. Do your homework first. Good Luck.
