Lost my reservation. They denied talking to me and driver never showed up. Stayed on hold for over 20 minutes was told the driver was in aware.

Can you say Uber. Do not trust them.

There's a reason they only have a 2 star rating! Do not use this company! They made a mistake with our transport times and then were unable to give us a ride to the airport. We almost missed our flight and ended up paying a very expensive cab ride. Not only did they make the mistake (admitted by the dispatcher), management then tried to blame it on us!! Do not use this company unless you want to be stuck with a $150 cab ride at the last minute!

It appears this company hires morons who could care less about passengers. I arrived at the desk at Seatac 20 minutes early on a Sunday morning. No staff at the desk in the waiting area, so I called and told the airporter office I want to catch the next shuttle to McChord. Outside I saw the van already there, but I peered in and saw it was empty. I sat on the bench outside, waiting for the driver. The Kitsap driver walked by and assured me the McChord-Ft Lewis driver would be along shortly. I waited, but no driver came out of the waiting area. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw the van moving. Ran after it, yelled at the top of my head, and a bystander even joined in. Driver kept going. Driver had slept in the van, then simply drove away without getting out of the van. So... the girl in the office who had taken my call evidently couldn't be bothered to notify the driver there was a customer already there, waiting. The Kitsap driver who assured me that the other driver would be along didn't know what he was talking about. And the irresponsible Ft Lewis McChord driver who simply drove off without checking for passengers ignored my shouts and the shouts of others, pretended not to see me in the rear view mirror running after the van, and then wouldn't pick up the phone after the office tried to call her back. Ft Lewis and McChord need to contract with an outfit that actually provides a service, not with this irresponsible gang. Clearly there's no accountability here. Make your transportation arrangements elsewhere if you can.

I took the shuttle last May.My first time.I had a pleasant experience. The were on time. The driver was very professional. On my return i was almost late to catch the shuttle they contacted the driver and let him know I was on my way. I'm taking the shuttle again today ;)

NEVER EVER PURCHASE A ROUND TRIP TICKET!!! THEY MAKE A TON OF MONEY ON LOST RETURN TICKETS...THEY LAUGH AT YOU WHEN THAT HAPPENS! Kitsap Airporter makes a ton of money off LOST return-trip tickets. They are absolutely unmovable, almost laughing, when one has to purchase a one-way ticket to return to YOUR starting point EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN PROVE YOU PAID FOR A ROUND TRIP TICKET. It is so easy to lose your return ticket 1/2 when traveling. It's a flimsy, tiny, piece of paper. Note that the round trip ticket is the same cost as two one-way tickets. There is no advantage to paying round trip prices! I had a computer printout receipt showing I paid for a round trip, but Joe, running the kiosk at Seatac, laughed at it telling me it was no good. I called my credit card company, and put it into dispute. We'll see who has last laugh. If traveling from Kitsap County, I plan on using the Bremerton Ferry, and the Light Rail to Seatac. NO MORE OF THESE NASTY PEOPLE!!

Quite literally the worst customer service ever. The websites says to make reservations to the airport up to 10 days in advance and that they're open 24/7, but when I went to make a reservation 5 days in advance, I get a busy signal for the first 3 hrs I tried getting through to them. (I would have booked my reservation online, but they only allow online booking from some of the hotels they stop at, none of which, unfortunately, were the ones the bride and groom had us all staying at.) Anyway, when I finally get through to them, I'm put on hold for 10+ minutes, after waiting, the rudest, huffiest, agent ever tells me she won't make a reservation without a confirmed room number from the hotel I'm staying at. When I explain to her that I'm not checking in until the night before and I won't have 3+ hours free that night to get her the room number, she tells me that the driver won't show up without a valid room number so I was going to have to call them back sometime. I offered her my hotel confirmation number, but she refused to take it -- apparently, not good enough to confirm that I'd be a guest there.



My recommendation for anyone traveling with at least one other person is to rent a car. It's cheaper when staying for only a short time ($28/day through expedia), and it will save you a ton of time and aggravation. Quite simply put, this company's low fares are not worth the aggravation.

I've used this service many times for myself and family members. They have always been on time, courteous, professional and reliable. They are quite clear that the return trip from the airport is "first come, first served", and this has never been a problem. They're inexpensive, and when you include the time for dealing with car parking, much quicker than driving.

I have taken the Bremerton-Kit...

I have taken the Bremerton-Kitsap Airporter 15-20 times and have had a good experience each time. I've made reservations online as well as over the phone and have had good experiences. The drivers are very professional treating all customers with respect. This is a good service that is very reasonably priced.

Buyer beware

No wonder these guys have such lousy reviews. Gone are the days of customer service. After a hellacious day of multiple flight travel to get back home, ending with a sprint across the main terminal to get to our shuttle, we were told by the shuttle driver lounging outside that it was full and we'd have to wait for the next one. Even though we gave our return time weeks in advance, they say its just for planning purposes and not a reservation, they told us that people can walk up and buy tickets until it's full. So our shuttle seats were taken by people literally minutes before our arrival. What's the point of buying round trip tickets? None, other than to throw your money away. Awful. Save your money and a headache. The least they could do is refund our money, partial refund or offer to find us another ride. They instead smile all the way to the bank.

Very helpful escpecially when rainy season. But I was surprised talking to your staff on the phone. Very very poor customer service. I always go online to make my reservation but for this particular trip I had to call for I was already late doing it online. I spoke to 2 diff ladies, I didn't get the name of the first lady but the 2nd lady's name is TRACY. I so shocked to talking to your ladies as if they're covering for each other. I'm the customer here but they didn't listen to what I say. The first lady said I was talking while she's talking. I told the 2nd lady if you have a recorder you would hear that I only interrupted when she mentioned pm when my request is for am reservation. She passed me to another lady as I requested hoping I would get a better customer service but no. It's the same attitude and I keep saying I'm the customer here and she's the one interrupting me. I worked in a credit union and we take member service very seriously and that is why our credit union is in the FORTUNE magazine for having a high rating in member service. I was so surprised with these 2 ladies that you have. I'm happy you have online reservation when we can, but at times that we're late doing it, I am hoping to get a better service because it's personal, you are talking to a human being but I was so disappointed.

WARNING...RACISTS EMPLOYEES an...

WARNING...RACISTS EMPLOYEES and Extremely BAD Service Recently took a t trip to Seattle to help a family member. I did not know they took this service to airport and wanted me to ride back. 3 employees, bus driver and customer service employees were above and beyond rude, then started trying to speak to us in Spanish. I pointed out that we were NOT Hispanic, we are Filipino and explained it is an entirely different country. They became extremely upset and frustrated that I spoke perfect English and am educated. Basically blew us off and began helping Caucasians in line. I served this country in the Military during Desert Storm and I am former Law Enforcement Officer. I have never encountered such blatant act of Racism in my life. I am Currently seeking legal counsel. I DO NOT recommend you use their service if you are NOT Caucasian/White. Take a Cab or other Service. I am still still shocked that in this day and age, The Year 2011, there is still the STUPIDITY and IGNORANCE of RACISM in the U.S.

Do not use this service! They are dishonest and unreliable. They will take your money and leave you stranded then claim that it is your fault. The ticket seller at the airport is a liar. He claimed that he would announce the departure but left without so much as a word. He said he was taking the bus himself. How could he possibly have not noticed that his fares were not on board? Did he pocket the cash? Or did he actually record my ticket? A call to the company simply resulted in the claim that the "driver said he made an announcement". This seems highly unlikely since I was sitting by the door! Perhaps he whispered it outside? I watched for the bus from right inside the doors. It does not pull up where it can be seen! It left 3 minutes early as I stood watching. I was horrified to be left stranded after a long flight. No refund was offered. These people do not care about professionalism or their customer base. Save your money and your time. Take a taxi to the ferry or take light rail. These people are thieves and they have no interest in customer service. Never again will I make this mistake and I urge others to avoid it as well! Had I read the reviews I never would have purchased a ticket in the first place.

Friendly, Convenient Service

I have used the Kitsap Airporter several times round trip. Every time they have been punctual, friendly and fast. Would highly recommend their services. $20 each way is worth it to save all the usual hassle. Sit back, let them do the driving and unload your luggage.
