It appears this company hires morons who could care less about passengers. I arrived at the desk at Seatac 20 minutes early on a Sunday morning. No staff at the desk in the waiting area, so I called and told the airporter office I want to catch the next shuttle to McChord. Outside I saw the van already there, but I peered in and saw it was empty. I sat on the bench outside, waiting for the driver. The Kitsap driver walked by and assured me the McChord-Ft Lewis driver would be along shortly. I waited, but no driver came out of the waiting area. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw the van moving. Ran after it, yelled at the top of my head, and a bystander even joined in. Driver kept going. Driver had slept in the van, then simply drove away without getting out of the van. So... the girl in the office who had taken my call evidently couldn't be bothered to notify the driver there was a customer already there, waiting. The Kitsap driver who assured me that the other driver would be along didn't know what he was talking about. And the irresponsible Ft Lewis McChord driver who simply drove off without checking for passengers ignored my shouts and the shouts of others, pretended not to see me in the rear view mirror running after the van, and then wouldn't pick up the phone after the office tried to call her back. Ft Lewis and McChord need to contract with an outfit that actually provides a service, not with this irresponsible gang. Clearly there's no accountability here. Make your transportation arrangements elsewhere if you can.
