Never had worse service!

Placing my order, alone, was a hassle....not only was the girl in the drive-thru quite rude, but she didn't even bother to make sure she had it right. I reviewed my receipt before my order was handed to me, (mind you, not even through the window, I was asked to pull around) and noticed that my modifications were misunderstood. Therefore I had to leave my vehicle (beating the purpose of a drive-thru) and go inside and make sure they got the order I had originally asked for and not what was on the receipt. Upon receiving my order, I figured everything was fine and headed home. Come to find out, I had no fries to the meal I ordered and modifications to my order were still not to my satisfaction! This is not the only incident I've had at this location, but I figured you had just opened and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But this is absolutely ridiculous! I can't believe after being there for over a month they still haven't got their crap together! Excuse my French.....but COME ON!!!! I'm just so disappointed cause I LOVE BURGER KING!!! Never have I had trouble at any of your locations but this one.....maybe it's just the inexperienced kids that are working or you just need new management, but I'm sorry to say that I would not recommend this place to anyone!
