        In business since 1944, MODERN MOTOR SERVICE, INC. has always been locally owned and operated, and became affiliated with NAPA in 1965. Present owner and Port Huron native, Greg Hudy, began working for MODERN MOTOR SERVICE, INC. in 1973, and bought stock in the company in 1977, becoming a part-owner. In 1982, Greg bought out former owner Brian Smith and took over leadership of the business with his Uncle, Art Hudy, who retired in 1994.

        After multiple part failures at another famous chain parts store, we made Port Huron NAPA our only auto parts source. THEY ARE FANTASTIC! From the knowledgeability, to the friendly service, this is our family's go-to location! NEVER had a part failure here, they sell better quality stuff.
