We are loyal customers who have ordered food almost every weekend. I stopped ordering chicken because it came tasteless and frozen burned. Tonight was our daughters birthday party at Kids U and the place told us to order from another place but we stayed loyal. My mother called at 5pm and told them to have the pizza delivered at 6:45 pm. That is an hour and 45 minutes. These party places have specific schedules and limited times the parties. We only had from 6 to 7:30. It was 7:29pm when the pizza FINALLY arrived. If the party was all night ok AND Frank handled the situation with professionalism and courtesy, we would not be disgusted. We went to get a refund after being told "too bad get over it. We are busy." A real professional customer service place would offer something to redeem their name but no NOT Frank.
