        Charlotte State Bank ATM

        Each time I tried to use the Charlotte State Bank drive through ATM on Paulson, I either was unable to get money out (although there was enough in the account) or the machine took my card!! This Caused me stress and I was unable to get money for the weekend! I had to wait until monday to retrieve my card. What would happen if I was on vacation from some other state?! I will never bank at Charlotte State Bank again!

        wonderful caring people with exellent service

        this is by far the best bank in town and the reason is customer service.they seem to really care about their customers, even the ones like me ,that doesnt have a big bank account.i would give them all five stars and a big thank you for being there when you need them. thank you,sincerely,saundra cannady
