Banbury Corner Children Center

While there are a few wonderful teachers who pour love and guidance for the kids, the owner (who is in the center daily) is incredibly rigid, cynical, and negative towards the children. She lacks the communication skills and empathy that should be a must when partnering with families to care for their children. This is the first daycare I have experienced that puts an emphasis on the kids as only a business commodity rather than precious unique lives that require guidance and encouragement. The owner is unable to receive constructive feedback, and upon trying to engage a partner with her regarding my child's care (where I remained positive and solution based) we were dismissed imidiatly and our belongings were thrown outside. Very unprofessional. We attended here because there are very few options for children under 1 and stayed to try to provide stability. But, a constant turn over of staff and tons of kids makes for a free for all.
