Worst experience ever! Incompetent and unaccommodating. Damaged existing appliance and personal property and won't take responsibility.

Bought frig from local store and was told it would be delivered in a few days. Also told they would call to set up appropriate time. Took a week and when Olga Muniz called she was going to send it to the wrong address. Then she called back and said between 11 and one the next day someone had to be there. We didn't like in that house yet and both had to work the next day. She was not accommodating AT ALL!! I said we could be there from 3 to midnight. No go. She could reschedule in 2 weeks. Horrible place. So a day of missed work means nothing to them. Unable to talk to anyone and she only knew Jack was the manager and wasn't available. Will never do business with this company again!!!!!!

Not recommended!! When they arrived to install our dishwasher (hired by Home Depot), they were stumped by the fact that we had an unrelated water leak in a pipe, by the fact that we had ceramic tile, and by the fact that there was clean water leaking into our old dishwasher. Clearly they are not up to the job. Thank goodness we were able to hire someone QUALIFIED to get the job done. Never again with this company!! (Our plumber found it too funny that they couldn't do the simplest thing without fear of "liability" - i.e. cut the legs off an old dishwasher that was going to be discarded, run the dry cycle so the water would drain from the dishwasher, etc...) Bottom line: These guys didn't appear to want to do anything but slide in the new dishwasher and plug it in. They told us we could cut the legs off the old one or cut back our ceramic tile and remove the dishwasher and THEN they could help us!! As if we would pay $120 + to them to do the work for them!! If you don't care if the job gets done, call them. Otherwise, get a qualified plumber for the job and spare yourself the frustration and time lost!!
