Ozark Mobile Homes

I read the reviews after we purchased a mobile home from Ozark Homes. I was really worried that I would get the bad end of the deal. Even though it took six weeks to deliver the home they have done all they said they would except for the skirting and that should come next week. The mobile home is in good condition, very clean for a used one and a decent price. The people that delivered it did an excellent job of setting it up and tying it down. After watching them set it up I can understand that they can only do one per day. Took about six hours to set up and level it. My only con is trying to contact them and get a certain date set for delivery. Jennifer was excellent in that respect, she did a good job. Jason is easy to talk to and actually came through with his part of the deal even though I thought it was a little slow. I would probably buy another mobile home from them...

I baught a home from Jason in the winter. Got my land ready and wanted my house. There was multiple times he could have moved it weather permitted but ever time he had an excuse. He told me I had to fill the ditch with wood for them to drive over off the property he baught if off of! If I didn't then he wasn't going to move it. I had no truck getting all that wood took a lot and money and labor.. even after I filled the ditch his excuses continued. After five months I finally got my house. told them where I wanted it and that to position it to where it won't be too hight off the ground. The guys put.it in a hole on one side and its sitting 8 blocks high!!! His workers and him are rude bad business. All the while I'm pregnant and I almost didn't have time before the baby to get ready it made my pregnancy very stressful. He has good prices but the way he does business isn't worth it. I'll have to have my home releveled and blocked more oh and neither the ac or heat works!! Which of course he said did and I had to fix at least 10 water leaks.

I am in from out of town and thanks to this review i will be careful in giving a deposit to this or any other dealer to hold a home for me until I am satisified on my purchase. Thanks for your input and to YP for thier help.

Never buy a mobile home here!! They will take your down payment and WILL NOT return it! I put a down payment on a trailer in March 2012 for them to hold it for me so I could try to get a loan. I was promised by the salesman Jason that if the loan did not go through, I could return and get my down payment back from him in full. My loan did not go through so my husband and I returned to him for our down payment back and he gave us a story that he sent the money off to the company at the main office and it would take maybe a week or two to get it back. Of course, we believed him so we waited and gave him a few calls between the two weeks and still he did not have our money for us. It is June 2012 now. We still do not have our down payment back. Now when we call to ask about our money, he gives us a story that he has to make a sale or wait until someone gives him a down payment before he can give us our money back. Now we are going to take him to court. Never trust this man! He is a fraud!
