        Bought a jacket and ordered a matching hood. Problem with snaps on hood when it arrived they would not snap onto coat. Took coat and hood back to store with some persuasion they did get it to snap. The man there got upset that I unsnapped them it to see how they worked,some of the snaps you have to roll them to get them to catch, its still not right. snaps don't hold tight enough. I will have to call the manufacturer hopefully they can help. Store turned out to be a big disappointment !
