GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Took my phone in for a "NEW" battery replacement. Was told it would be a week until they fixed their machine to take back cover off phone(htc m7). No call within three weeks. I called them after three weeks and they said to bring it in that day. Took phone in and about and hour and a half later the phone was done. They informed me it was a refurbished battery they put in because they cannot order new batteries for this phone anymore. Bull crap I can go online and get them all day on ebay and amazon! Got home and phone wouldn't charge and housing was all dinged and scratched up and the side of the screen was scratched. They put a new charging port in and will only charge when charger is at an angle. was told they would order me a new housing and it would be in stock in a week. 3 weeks later no phone call. The battery they put in lasts about 3 hours with moderate usage. The old battery was better (about 4-5 hours). I had to buy new phone because of these people who do not know what they are doing.

These guys r totally fantastic!! I bought a piece of crap phone off ebay and they fixed my speaker and sd slot the first time I took it to them great resonable price to fix it I must say!! Then just took it back to fix my wifi and bluetooth now my phone is pretty much a new phone now and everything works as it should. many thanks. I highly recommend quick phone fix on Telegraph. I took my iPod to Quick Phone fix, and they had it repaired for me in about an hour and it looked like brand new. I just dropped of an ipad to them today and got a great price quoted to do it! I recommend them to anyone, and they offer a warranty!!
