La Nail and Foot Spa

I wouldn't even give this place a full star! They are dirty and are awful!! The one lady who worked on my nails took 3 hours to do my nails. After I left I noticed there were gaps in between my real nail and the fake ones (7 of them!) Also, I got the white tips, they were all different heights, a few of them the white tips were placed ABOVE my actual nail so you can see my real nail as well as the white tip. Including the girl piled on the acrylic and took the sander drill and almost went through my real nail along the cuticle. So the next day I called them asking for a refund (realizing this place isn't good AT ALL) the lady said I needed to come in. So I drove all the way back to PONTIAC from Rochester Hills, showed her everything that was wrong, told her I wanted a refund so I could get my nails done where I normally get them done at, ( where I KNOW they do a good job.) She proceeded to sit me down avoiding my request, I was so frustrated, I decided I'll just allow her a chance to make them better. After she was was done they were still all uneven I decided to show my fiance and asked him to come in with me, this was unacceptable.
My left thumb's white tip was 4 mm long,(and showing 4mm of my real nail under)
left pointer was 3 mm long,
left middle finger was 9mm long,
left ring finger was 5mm long,
Left pinky 7mm long(showing 3mm real nail underneath).
My right thumb's white tip was 9mm long,
right pointer was 6mm long(with 2 mm real nail showing)
right middle was 6mm long
right ring finger was 8mm long
right pinky 10mm long
