Brow Lift
Th inch incisions, hidden behind the hairline of the forehead. Also known as an Endobrowlift or endoscopically assisted brow lift, the procedure is designed to restore the natural contour and youthful position of the eyebrows. Working through the endoscope, Dr. Calloway can then weaken and smooth the wrinkles between the eyebrows and across the forehead, and elevate the eyebrows to present a more rested and alert appearance. Breast Lift

Consequently, mastopexy surgery represents a wide array of procedures that are blended and adapted to each specific patient to achieve the desired natural uplifted look to the breasts. A breast lift with minimal limited incisions is the goal with most patients. Incisions located around the areolas allow movement of the nipples to their ideal positions and a single vertical incision allows lifting and shaping of the breasts. This type of mastopexy is known as a “Lollipop lift” and poses significant benefits over traditional breast lifting techniques due to the lack of visible scarring.
Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty, often referred to as a “nose job”, is a procedure designed to enhance facial harmony and the proportions of the nose. It can also correct impaired breathing caused by structural defects in the nose. Many people want to change the shape and contours of their nose. Thigh Lift

A thigh lift with the least amount of incisions remains the goal with most patients. Thigh lifts may be used to correct drooping of tissues of the specific areas such as the inner thighs, outer thighs, front of the thighs or back of the thighs. Abdominoplasty
Dr. Calloway has extensive experience with a variety of tummy tuck procedures. A complete or “full” tummy tuck tightens the entire abdominal wall from breast bone to pubic bone and typically removes skin and fatty tissue from above the level of the navel, down into the pubic hair and from hip to hip. The incision is hidden in the natural creases above the groin and below the bikini line. The navel (known as the umbilicus) is transposed to maintain its ideal position and appearance. Some patients present with less fullness and therefore are often candidates for a more Limited Abdominoplasty surgery. Limited Abdominoplasty, Mini-Abdominoplasty, Infraumbilical panniculectomy, and Panniculectomy are all variations of the Abdominoplasty surgery, but are more limited in scope. Abdominoplasty surgery has significant flexibility on the available options for areas treated, final proportions and contours. Dr. Calloway will carefully review the patient’s desires and typically spends significant time discussing surgical options. In addition to thorough consultations regarding various options of Abdominoplasty, Dr. Calloway will review the patient’s overall goals and desired results to ensure optimum use of technologies and associated procedures.
Nose Surgery
Dr. Calloway understands that Rhinoplasty is a very individualized surgery, and he will consider many factors, including facial dimensions, bone structure, history of snoring or breathing problems, and the personal goals of each patient, in determining the ideal surgical approach(s). Nose surgery that’s done to improve an obstructed airway requires careful evaluation of the nasal structure as it relates to airflow and breathing. Correction of a deviated septum, one of the most common causes of breathing impairment, is achieved by adjusting the nasal structure to produce better alignment.

Otoplasty
Dr. Calloway has over 25 years of experience with cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries of the ears. In children, Otoplasty is usually performed under general anesthesia. In adults, the procedure can usually be performed under local anesthesia with or without sedation or general anesthesia in our Accredited Outpatient Surgical Facility.*
Scar Revision
Scar and Trauma Revisions are procedures designed to improve the appearance of aesthetically unappealing scars or deformities. They are unavoidable results of injury or surgery, and their development can be unpredictable. Poor healing may contribute to scars that are obvious, unsightly or disfiguring. Scars may be raised or recessed, different in color or texture from surrounding healthy tissue or particularly noticeable due to their size, shape or location. Scar revision surgery is meant to minimize the scar so that it is more consistent with the surrounding normal skin tone and texture. The available options vary widely, and depend on the number, type and complexity of the deformities.
Body Contouring
Abdominoplasty, commonly known as a Tummy Tuck, is the repair and tightening of the abdominal wall with elimination of excess skin, fatty tissue and stretch marks, creating an abdominal profile that is smoother and firmer. Most often associated with pregnancies, significant fluctuations of weight, and prior surgeries, even individuals of otherwise normal body weight and proportion can develop an abdomen that protrudes or is loose and sagging. Laser Resurfacing
Lasers use light based energy to treat a variety of different problems and conditions of the skin. The lasers are grouped into two major categories: Non-invasive laser treatments and Invasive Laser treatments. The Non-invasive lasers require no surgery, anesthesia or downtime and are performed in the office setting. Invasive lasers, also known as Resurfacing lasers, use laser energy to remove damaged, wrinkled skin and restore a smoother, tighter, thicker and more pliable skin surface. Laser resurfacing usually requires some degree of anesthesia and recovery, and are usually performed in the Operating Room setting.
