I contracted with Qualmann 2 years ago to wrap my dock piles. Last month one of the piles rotted away below the wrapping and Qualmann is unwilling to take any responsibility for not wrapping the pile down far enough. They are the experts and should have known to wrap the pile far enough down to protect it from the environment. I'm disappointed that Qualmann is unwilling to stand behind their work I recommend not using them for any dock work or installations.
They do nice work ,just not if your on either side of there work .. repairs to my property were poor to say least ..and haven't come back to repair after many calls ..
