Deal with one of their technicians... brasilian guy named Andre. He told me he does a lot of sidework on the side, so ended up making a deal with him directly to save some money. Turned out terribly and he wouldn't honor anything since he did it himself and not through the company.

An enjoyable experience throughout the entire process.

I had a dinner party scheduled and my ac decided to quit working. I was very upset and needed someone out to my house immediately. I called several local ac companies and Engineered Air was the only company that was kind and professional over the phone. The lady I spoke with did explain to me that there were several customers ahead of me, but a tech would be sent my way asap. When the tech arrived at my house he was thorough and explained to me that my line was clogged and performed an ac maintenance right then and there. He was upfront with the costs and needless to say I was a happy camper.

Amazing team. Was interesting to learn they also build custom duct work for contractors in-house! Everyone there is personable and legitimately cares about you as a customer!
