Point To Point Parcel

Thank GOD for P2P!!!! After the mess with the Letter Carrier, I thought I would have to go to Blaine. I checked out TSB and P2P. TSB rates were to high, but P2P's are fair. They are fast, no line ups out the door. They are also close to the border, so i can walk if there is a long border line up. The staff is very nice and helpful. They have a loyal customer in me, and I will tell any and everyone to use them and NOT the Letter carrier!!

As the owner of this business I must respond to this review and correct some inaccurate statements. We will not dispute that you may have called us in the 1st week of Nov. regarding your pkg and not being able to pick it up, what we can't confirm is when you said you were going to pick it up. You have stated twice verbally with the manager & myself plus in this review and 1 complaint with the BBB that your preferred method of communication is by email. Since getting your pkg on Oct 6 and final disposal on Dec 29 you would have rec'd 12 emails that your pkg was on hand. We didn't receive a single response and you have confirmed receiving the emails. Because of this non response to the emails a msg was left at your contact # on Dec 6th at 1:11 PM lasting over 1 min. advising that your pkg was going to disposed of. Again you acknowledge receiving this msg but did not respond. Finally in the 1st week of Mar 2016 you contacted us looking for your pkg and once again not by email.

BEWARE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!



They disposed on my package ($241 US) even though I made contact with them via phone to tell them to I couldn't come in to pick it up within their time guidelines. I was reassured they would not dispose of it. They have no record of this call (as their employee didn't take proper note of my call), even though my phone records show I called this place. I didn't call to say "hi!", I called to say I cannot come in. I had no other incoming shipments so I had no other reason to call them than to advise I needed them to hold it longer. They offered ZERO compensation and took ZERO responsibility despite my phone records clearly showing that I made a call to them.



Miserable, unhappy staff and their processing times/wait lines to pickup are MUCH slower than other providers in Point Roberts. GO ELSEWHERE!
