Tomales Bay Oyster Co.

I've got to stop by this place at least once a month even though I live miles away. The Tomales Bay Oyster Company is a shoreside shack that sells various sizes of the freshest oysters you can get. Grab a couple dozen of the large size and cook them up at one of the barbecues they supply along with picnic tables that sidle the Tomales Bay shore. Good luck getting a seat on a nice summer weekend. They go fast and whole families spend the whole day while listening to mariachi music. Make sure you bring lemon and Tobasco, although if you don't, thats OK because they sell hot sauce, lemons and even oyster knives in case you forget. Bring a cooler if you want to take some oysters home. Coming here is a required oyster experience.
