My wife mailed Christmas package from oregon to idaho Nov 16 never showed up tracked it to Pocatello on January 4. Talked to Clara she found it and got it headed in the right direction.Thanks for going the extra mile for us. You are great

I do not even want to put 1 star. These are the laziest people in the world. I use to try and use the post office as much as possible because I didn't want people to lose their jobs. However now I see that these people that work in the office don't care about their jobs so why should I? They are lazy rude individuals.

They left me a pink slip telling me that they were here with my parcel they didn't knock on my door they didn't do anything so I called and of course they didn't answer their phone so I went down there they told me that my package would be there after 4 o'clock I was there at 4:30 they couldn't find my package yeah I would say that USP post office whatever you guys are is not good you might as well pack up and go to Salt Lake with everybody else

Very important package coming from Louisville, KY. The sender was informed that overnight mail for delivery on Saturday was not available, but for $30+ they guaranteed delivery today, Sunday, by 3:00pm. What a joke! It is now 8 pm, and no sign of the package that according to tracking left the local post office at 6 pm last night. I live 3 miles from the post office! Worst service ever!

I love USPS. Staff was super helpful. They might not be the friendliest. But they are very effectient.

It is little wonder the USPS is losing business. My address has been changed not by me but by the post office and my mail is being sent to another address. I have been to my local office twice without satisfaction. I called the main office and was treat worse if that is possible. Please use intelligent employees, I know they are there, please allow them to speak on the telephone to those of us who can not travel hundreds of miles to the main post office. As long as you continue toward centralization you will continue to lose customers. It is the local service that serves best because when you centralize like you have then your customers get the real feeling that you don't give a damn, in fact I am sure you don't give a damn
