The owner and staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. AND to top it off the tanning bed was NOT cleaned properly. I WILL NEVER TAN HERE AGAIN! I also looked around in the boutique, which was highly over priced for such low quality products.

All of the bad reviews don't make any sense, they close at 9 so the last appointment is taken at 8:30. That's why they wouldn't let them tan. I love the girls there, they are all very friendly and the boutique is so pretty! They answer all questions with a very friendly and knowledgeable way, they are very nice and the beds there are amazing. They also have plenty of lotions to choose from an always offer awesome deals. Please go there if anywhere!

I like this salon all except I am extremely disappointed because, one of the main reasons I signed up was because they were open until 9. I usually don't get off work until 8pm however, when I went to tan at 8:16 the blonde girl working told me she took the last woman at 8 and that I couldn't tan even though the door says 9pm. I was extremely agitated because I had just got off work and drove all the way over to the salon expecting to have a relaxing tan. I think if the door says 9 you close at 9 not when the girl working feels like closing!

The first time I went here the skinny blonde girl was very annoyed that it was almost 830. She said I'm lucky to be able to tan because 8:34 is her cut off. Lucky me. The minute I walked out at 8:53 she locked the door behind me. I still came back another night and it was a different girl, a tall brunette. I hurried out of work to get there earlier so I wouldn't inconvenience any workers...not that I should have to stress about that. Anyway, the brunette girl was nice until I came out at 8:25 and a woman in her nurse scrubs came in and asked if any 20 minute beds were available and the attendant said no. I just came out of a 20 minute bed that she could have cleaned, but no. The look on the woman's face when she walked out upset me. These 18 year old girls that work here don't give a crap about anything. The beds are good although when my lights come on I can see all sorts of smudges and spots and there's no radio on 20 min beds. They give you a water bottle each time which is nice. The place might as well close at 8:30 though because they won't let you tan after that. They should really let people tan up until 8:59 or change the hours.

Nicely decorated salon/boutique! The tanning beds are also some of the best in Pocatello.

They usually has deals at leasts once, you have to sign up for the mailing list at the front.
