        Absolutely horrendous customer service.Poor follow-up.I had a employee(I think she was a nurse}call me and left a message with her name and extension number.I made several attempts to call her back,left messages with co-workers and on her answering machine and she never called me back!

        Terrible service. Practically begging for my cpap supplies. I see they haven't changed since the previous two poor reviews. I dumped them and asked my doctor to send my prescription to another supplier. Hopefully I will get the supplies on time.

        No follow up on CPAP orders. They don't take the patient needs seriously. Another company bilking the taxpayers while rendering a dangerous lack of service. They should be put out of business.
