Horrible, horrible experience! Several months ago my vehicle was towed into MB of Pleasanton for an active body control (ABC) issue. It was released approx. one week later only to find out that the cooling fan needed to be replaced because of an error on the part of the technician (which they denied). After the cooling fan issue was resolved, the ABC issue continued and our car remained at the dealership for several months. The service manager was willing to explore the ABC issue further but at our expense. That's when we finally decided to take it to the next level. After reaching out to Mercedes Corporate things happened quickly and our issue was resolved shortly thereafter.
After THREE long months of back and forth with the dealership, our ordeal was over and we finally received our vehicle. I could go on and on but I think my point has been made. If you value your time, money and are looking for quality service, stay away from MB of Pleasanton!
