Poor Quality Furniture
I purchased two leather chairs a couple of years ago for $1,400.00. I also purchased a five year warranty. The chairs look like they are 30 years old!! The warranty company came and said that it is normal wear and tear. I have a leather sofa (purchased somewhere else) that is 10 years old and still looks like new! I called the manager at the store two times and sent an email but never got a response. I went to the store and talked to the manager who was very rude!! She didn't even look at the pictures or the receipt or anything. She just said it is out of their hands. It is up to the warranty company. After I left, she was really rude. I told her I would call the television station that helps consumers but I couldn't remember the name. She told me exactly what what station and who to talk to as if to say "go ahead and call". DON'T SHOP AT LA-Z-BOY. POOR QUALITY FURNITURE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
