Water aerobics is a fun way to get some exercise and conditioning in....the instructor is wonderful and keeps things moving. She has a great sense of humor and you know you've done something good for yourself at the end of the class. You can pay for each class or buy a punch card. Classes are two times a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
It is a bit chilly getting into the water in the fall and winter and it is honestly just freezing coming out during those months. So move fast, get a good thick robe, and turn on the heat in the car for the drive home.
