Well was informed today that trying to run someone over with a car, Or threatening to beat them up is not a crime as long s you know the cops. I was harassed all night by some druk woman up the road, she almost ran my daughter over, tried to hit my car with hers, and she told me to call the cops because they wont do anything. And she was right. they said unless she actually hit and killed my child a crime was not committed. Funny because I thought harassment and threatening someone was a crime. In san francisco it's a crime. Just not here if you know the cops.
