I was just to get some information by calling them. My first phone call got be transfer to 4 different people and it result in being hung up on while on hold. I called again and was able to get the information I need, but in a very rush way. The customer service rep stated "He had to go." When I asked him to repeat part of the informatoin because I missed it (he was going so fast), he rushed through it again and stated again "He had to go because he had another client waiting." Mind you I was only asking him to repeat a few figures that would take 10-15 seconds to repeat and I can understand if he another client, but put me on hold or say you will contact me back. It is funny how a little like this can turn me off from ever wanting to think about purchasing a vehicle from here.
