This hospital has the worst staff I've ever had to deal with. Plantation Hospital is a disgrace. What happened to patient care ??
We called the rescue at 3 AM bcse our dad had back pain so they took him there since it was the closest one. When we got there the Doctor was playing with his chair the guy nurse ?Nuamm? I think his name was, would push the Dr in his rolling chair so he didn?t have to walk they were laughing joking around pushing each other being so disrespectful to a patient in pain. The Dr was around 23 -25 yeard old? a kid.
Later we asked for socks for our dad they wouldn?t bring them so I asked again the guy nurse screamed at me ""I already know you asked for socks"" The level of disrespect was unavailable.
After my dad was screaming in pain THEN they came and did the blood work the guy nurse didn?t know how to get blood out I?m sure bcse a lot of blood leaked to the floor and he dropped all his utensils I had never seen anything like that before. When he was done he cleaned the floor with a Lysol wipe (while he cleaned I was still waiting for the socks) he rudely told us to go outside and wait.
It was just a horrible experience disgusting areas all over the hospital and the staff VERY UNPROFFESIONAL they should close this hospital and fire all of them.
