Del Oro Apts

Despite the bad reviews online, took a chance with Del Oro. I called the day before I was spposrd to move in to make sure my "rennovations" were complete. I was assured that every thing was ready. Pulled up the next day with my car full of stuff to sign my lease and get my keys. Went to do the walk thru and was utterly disappointed. The floor was dirty. The walls were dirty. They had the nerve to pour pinesol in the toilet to give the illusion of a clean bathroom. They painted the tub white and the tiles in the tub as well instead of cleaning. I guess that's how the my "upgrade" a place. "This isn't how we usually do it", I was told. Decided not to rent and Still waiting on my refund and getting the run around. DO NOT RENT FROM HELL ORO... I mean Del Oro.
