In regards to this 1 star review below: This customer that purchased the wheels in regards to this review are replica wheels that we HD Wheels do not stock and this was clear when they were purchased. A spoke insert on 1 wheel was damaged after customer inspection. We were able to acquire 2 inserts and happily ordered and gave to client at no charge. After this & days later, the client asked for 5 more inserts after a in person inspection. We at HD Wheels tried for months and are still trying to this day to get this customer these 5 replacement spoke inserts. We have not stopped trying even as we are typing this response. Just because we are having a hard time getting a part for a wheel we do not stock, IS NOT a reflection of our customer service in any way. We have been in contact with this client since day one. We have not ignored or neglected this client at all. Look at all of our other reviews. Customer service is an extremely important aspect of our company that is taken very seriously with everyone. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!!
