Rhonda L.'s comment on here sounds like a competitor. I have bought two vehicles from them and had wonder, professional experiences BOTH times. And being a former home sales woman and current DE Underwriter myself and marrying a now former car sales man, I know when someone is just BS'ing to get a sale. Ibraham is bluntly honest and wonderful to work with, so is the finance guy. I admit, I am working on it, but because of the past I don't have the best credit and I wasn't treated poorly, like I was at other dealerships. I was treated very respectfully and like I said, have purchased two different cars from them. Actually on my second car, we agreed to have the tent revised and while service went through the car, theyfound just some minor things they fixed for free. There are not many dealerships that you can say that about. I recommend anyone who is shopping around for a car to buy one from Crest Infiniti in Plano, Tx. I could go on all day how great this place is to buy a car from. If you are looking for a car, go to Crest Infiniti and ask for Ibraham. I was so pleased with my recent visit to Subaru of Plano that I had to share via the internet! My sales consultant, Earl, invited me to test drive any and every thing I liked on the lot but was also extremely considerate of my time. He wasn’t at all pushy and what’s even better is I got him to come down on the price by a couple thousand! After choosing the 2010 Subaru Legacy w/ moon roof I left while they finished processing everything. I was only gone for about an hour when I received a call that it was ready! Upon arrival my car was clean inside and out, free of mechanical issues, scratches, and dents and Earl explained to me how to effectively use all the features and controls. He then offered to schedule my first service appointment for me. Hands down the best experience I have had in a really long time. Thanks Earl!!!
