Very long wait every time I go. Doc did not want to re-fill a script I really need to make it through the day. Going to a different doctor. Waiting 3 hours one time.

Although it will take a while to get results from treatment, I am very pleased with information provided and data. Overall very good practice!

Dr. Hostin and Mr. Sims were both outstanding! I appreciate the extra time Mr. Sims spent discussing my concerns and questions.

I had a very good experience at Southwest Scoliosis Institute. All the staff was very caring and welcoming. And I love the way the office looks too! Very comforting.

Thank you for the great waiting room so my husband and I could be together. The robe was also a plus! Having scoliosis is such a personal thing – the sensitivity was wonderful. Everything was wonderful.

Michelle was the most helpful person that I have talked to in the 10 years of looking for specialized care. She gave me hope and I know I have found the right place to receive treatment. I do not think I have ever seen a specialist that quickly. Everything was very comfortable. A special thanks to Tammy for making the x-ray experience a pleasant treat.

All of the staff members have been extremely helpful and very kind. I wanted to thank especially Kendra for the patience and help with insurance concerns. One of the most pleasant medical office visits I have had in quite some time. Excellent! Tammy was quick and efficient and most importantly genuinely sweet. The staff sets them apart. They made me feel very comfortable. They are all super nice. I also like how I did not have to wait long. I was seen within a minute of arriving in the exam room. When I got into be seen I loved the robe I was given. It kept me warm and added a degree of modesty to the exam gown. They also offered me a drink. Everything they do here is above and beyond and I want to say thank you!

I feel the need to let everyone know of the wonderful experience that I had at the Southwest Scoliosis Center. I am writing on behalf of my mother. She is very ill. She is in a ton of pain. Back pain has been a part of her life for about ten years. She has a chronic condition that keeps her from sleeping well. Her life is full of pain and she handles it like a trooper. She has good day and bad days. The days we visit the Southwest Scoliosis Center are always good days. The staff there is so sweet. They ooh and ahh all over my mother. They talk to her like a person, not as a patient. They answer all her questions, even when she asks the same thing in several different ways. From the top to the bottom the staff there is great. They are very professional. They do great work. Every member of the team excels where they need to. Not only are the leader in the medical services they provide, they go above and beyond to comfort their patients. Anyone who has back pain should seek out the doctors and staff at this institute!!!!

Kara was very cheerful and efficient and Tammy the x-ray technician was very friendly and caring. Amy in the waiting room was also very helpful. Eric my PA was knowledgeable and congenial. Dr. O’Brien was great and explained the operation well and I felt “at home” with him. Overall my experience here was a good and informative and again I have to mention how efficient and upbeat Kara was!

I have to first say thank you to the Southwest Scoliosis institute for their inviting personalities and caring patient care. Everyone and I mean everyone there was great! The PA was very attentive and professional. They were very good about scheduling my appointment and displayed extreme helpfulness over the telephone. I could almost get a hold of someone every time I called and if not they would very promptly return my phone calls.



I think I only waited in the waiting room for about 15 minutes and they got me in and out. I can’t express how sensitive to my needs and personal issues they were. I was given great concern for my privacy as well. Even though this is the law I felt in better hands than in most places.



Overall I would suggest you guys to anyone with scoliosis problems for you have brilliant and extraordinary doctors and physician assistants! Thanks again!

During my recent visit to the southwest scoliosis institute, my health care provider was extremely friendly and courteous. She explained my condition and expressed great concern for my questions and worries. She included me, in every way she could, in the decisions for my treatment as well as provided me information about the medications that I would be taking. I was given instructions for my follow up visit via on line forms and email, which was very convenient.



I have to add that the doctors and physician assistants spoke to me using words that I could understand. Overall, I would recommend this doctor to anyone needing a back doctor; this is a very great practice and has exceptional doctors and physicians.
