Stunning Nail Spa

I have been a client for at least 10 years for pedicures and waxing. Pedicures have always been amazing, but there has been a huge decline in the amount/length of the massage that comes with the service. I find it really depends on how busy they are at the time, how long the massage will last. They also used to include a shoulder rub for tip, but now they charge $1/minute plus tip.

The last year I started doing dip powder and I LOVE MY NAILS! You can see from my photos the inspiration and the delivery.

Kim, the owner works incredibly hard seven days a week. It is hit or miss with the nail techs. I’m happy 90% of the time. However, I find someone I like and they’re not there next time. If I request something specific like an ombré, I check with Kim first that the tech can do the special designs, which does cost more. Dip also does not include massage so I like to add 10 minutes for $10.

What I dislike the most is how all the employees speak Vietnamese to each other while they’re performing your services. Only a small percentage is able to communicate with me directly and I have to ask Kim to interpret.

What I like the most is EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY AND NICE! WALK INS ARE WELCOME. I know when the slow times are and that’s when I go. They offer 100s of color options. I can bring my own color too. They play the best music (nothing offensive). They offer complimentary drinks (alcohol too). You can tip on your credit card. AND if you’re not happy you can come back within 48 hours and they will fix it.

There is a nail salon on every corner and I don’t understand these low reviews. If you’re not happy, speak up instead of hiding behind an anonymous review.

I just love this place! My fiancee and I go every two weeks! Absolutely hands down the best! The owner is so nice, and he always accommodates us!

Enjoyed coming to this business several times, so naturally, I thought it'd be a great place to go and relax on my birthday. NOT! My friend had been neglected for 1.5 hrs with her feet soaking in cold water. When I brought this to the manager/owner's attention, he was completely defensive, arrogant, rude and unapologetic. He further commented to me say "See man, you tripping!" HORRIBLE Customer Service!
