I have been doing business with Computer Connections for more than a decade.

Rick Barwig and his employees have always been professional, on time and great problem solvers. In addition to their technical expertise we have purchased many servers and workstations from them and their prices are excellent, much lower than I could get from the manufacturer web site.

We have known Rick for about 13 years and he and his crew have always fixed all of our computer problems. He has handled our e-mail for about the same amount of time and we have never had any problems.

Rick and his crew are always available when we need them and are always nice and professional. They're quite knowledgeable about their work and there never seems to be a problem they can't fix. We're very fortunate to have them for our IT needs. I highly recommend them.

His firm has amazing work ethic and goes over and beyond to make sure you are a very satisfied customer. If you are experiencing problems that require immediate attention they run to your rescue immediately (no matter what time of day). I love everyone on staff and will continue to use him as long as he is around. They are not a huge corporation that passes you down the line or doesn't give you the customer care that you deserve. That is important to me. They are currently working on our new office, since we are moving and they have so far made everything a breeze. I highly recommend using Computer Connections, because you will not be disappointed.

At 2PM I called and spoke to Rick the owner. I explained we were having a serious problem with out server and that our current service provider could not be out until the next morning. He asked a few questions and then dispatched a tech. Within 40 minutes Kevin was onsite and 20 muntes after that my server was runnning so fast I could not beleive it. Thank you Kevin and Rick, I will be calling you when our service contract comes up for renewal.
