Love Compusew!!! They are so knowledgeable and helpful.

I recently purchased a sewing machine from Compusew. I would equate the experience as that of buying a used car from a high pressure salesman. I ended up driving home thinking, "I wonder if I can return this machine, it is not the one I want". My husband kept reassuring me that I would learn to like it. I guess I am stuck with it now. I wanted a Janome and ended up with a brother. The salesperson made fun of the one I wanted. They also do not offer classes that are convenient for the working person. After my free classes that come with the machine I will not be returning to Compusew.

I did not purchase my machine at ComUSew. I went to them for repair based on reviews that stated they had 2 repair men in house, get it fixed while you are there, great feedback on what was wrong, etc. no longer accurate. 1 remair man, offsite, 10-14 days to repair, and absolutely NO feedback on what was wrong with the machine. Frustrating.... 30 day warranty. The machine is only 18 months old. I would have appreciated knowing what was wrong with it.

What a great store!!! I was impressed by their knowledge. I love that they have so many machines to choose from. I highly recommend this store if you looking for a sewing or embroidery machine. They also sell supplies.

I found this store on the Brother website. Compusew is a one of a kind store. I was very impressed with not only the complete product selection for the machines sold in the store, but also the incredible knowledge that these ladies have about all of the machines. They are so honest here. Many questions were asked so that I would be getting the right machine for me and not being sold a machine that I did not need or want just to make a sale. They are not only honest and helpful - but as you will soon learn - will become like a best friend. I loved it so much - I came to work here!!!!! Great for me!!!
