I have been coming here for years and the last two visits were not good. I will never go back. My car was dirty because of the harsh winter and trip we took. The car wash manager was rude and insulting. Think all around service has gone downhill recently.

Stay away from this chop shop

I agree with the other reviewers - in the car wash, their door slammed prematurely into my truck causing damage. When I pointed it out to the kid wiping the car down, he could care less. So could the lady manager. For the oil change, they have a knack for not screwing in the oil plug securely so if you like oil on your driveway and in the garage - this is the place for you. Happened twice. I am never going back there even if I have to pay more elsewhere. They are incompetent hacks at best at Crossroads.

Lied on Multiple Occasions

I typically go here for my periodic oil changes and the staff is usually pretty good...may be a bit overpriced, but it's quick, close to home and I get a good car wash out of it. However, I most recently enountered the worst thing you can get at a car maintenance shop...someone who lies about work performed (and work you've paid for). I had trouble getting the valve caps off of my tires earlier in the week when the weather got cold, so when I went in for my oil change I asked that they be sure to check the tire pressure as my monitor system showed my pressure was a little low. Of course, that's included in their "full service" oil change I'm told.I watched my car being worked on and never saw anyone touch my driver side tires...figured I could've missed it though so when a guy came to show me the oil level on the dipstick, I asked him how they managed to get the caps off b/c I wasn't able to do it. He confirmed that "oh yeah, we have a little wrench tool that we used for that,

terrible

some how i got charged alomost 60 bucks for a synthetic oil chang and didnt realize i got charged for their "free" car wash. after that nearly a month later my engine mysteriously blew up. unfortunatly that dumped all the oil out so no way of knowing why. if you decide to go to this place you might as well dump sand in your motor.

Crossroad auto spill

I have been to this self professed Auto Spa 5 times for oil changes and couple car washes. I can't understand why I went back so many times except that it is real close to home. The service I have received in those 5 visits has been poor at best. One visit left me with a cross threaded oil filter that leaked oil in my drive and on my exhaust pipe and burned as I drove. I had to have it fixed at another station. On my next visit with a new car they spilled oil in the skid plate, the heat shield and on the exhaust. I drove with that smell getting into my car for three weeks before it subsided. They did the same thing on the next visit and when I complained the only thing the said is that it was a bad design on the car and it couldn't be helped. They tried to wash it with water but that didn't help. They did get it right the next time, but the latest visit they did the same thing even after I cautioned them about the near by exhaust. The premium washes left dirt in every nook and around l

Customer Service!

These people take the extra effort to remember you, careful with their work, and don't try to unnecessarily upsell. Went the extra mile when detailing the cars.

Good service. Oil change mechanics honest and conscientious. They tell you if a requested service is not needed.
