        Not helpful! They had 4 girls working and 1 other customer. I was looking for 2 other parts to a Christmas set. Stood at the counter and waited to be told she "couldn't check any other stores for me because I need the item#". I guess the computer in front of her must have been for auto parts... I put back the others, walked out to the car and called 2 other stores myself. Went to Ginny's Hallmark in Naperville and bought what I wanted and several other ornaments also. They checked to see that they had them while on the phone and then held them for us. In short Amy's doesn't need our business!
