CV Oil Company, Inc.

By far the best oil company to deal with in central Vermont!! They have wonderful service and truly care about all of their customers. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for complete heating service, propane and oil!

We left this fuel company because of the outrageous prices. After 4 years with another out of town fuel company they have decided they no longer wanted to service any back road homes, forcing us to seek out c.v oil again for emergency fuel as we had run out. I started the process on March 21. Today is April 12. C.v oil had delivered to our NEIGHBOR and decided to not deliver to us. But didn't tell us until today. Unfortunately today is the last day to be able to receive help to pay for our fuel. After a unexpected huge bill it had left our savings depleted and we needed help. C.v oil was well aware of our crisis and could of cared less. I will never be forced to deal with such an awful company. If you've read this far. Disappointed Customer- Called CV Oil Friday night because our tank was down to 5% Oil delivery guy called us and asked us to pay a $100 emergency delivery fee. Due to the cold weather we have gone through a lot more fuel than usual so 2 weeks ago had the same issue and called for emergency fuel delivery but 2 weeks ago it was $75 for emergency delivery. This time the guy called he asked if we had money in a very rude manor. I am very disgusted with this companies' customer service, not delivering when they say they will and rude Oil technicians. If I could I would give this company 0 stars for being a company that does not treat their customers with respect and for not putting their customers first. They know they have a monopoly in certain towns unless you want to pay an outside fuel company heavily for fuel. It is absolutely appalling that this company is allowed to conduct business in the way that they do. Something should be done...
